Built in 1987, Hudson View East consists of 109 residential apartments and one professional unit, which is privately owned.  The unit mix consists of studio, one and two bedroom units.  There are four penthouse apartments.

The building is 100% sold with no units owned by the sponsor.

Situated in the heart of Battery Park City, it has the advantage of being one of the smaller condominiums in the area offering quiet elegance one block from the park like esplanade on the Hudson River.

The Board of Managers consists of seven members elected by the owners at the annual meeting held each year in May.

The building is staffed by a resident manager, 24 hour concierge service and two porters.

Amenities include a landscaped courtyard available for use by all residents, laundry rooms on every floor and a private parking area for loading and unloading. Hudson View East is also a pet friendly building.

The building management company is R.Y. Management Co., Inc.
