Concierge/Maintenance Service

The maintenance staff is responsible for maintaining and making repairs to the common areas of the building.  Repairs within the units are the responsibility of the unit owners.
As a service to residents, the Resident Manager is available to perform selected repairs within your unit.  These are usually limited to minor repairs relating to plumbing, electrical and heating/air conditioning.
All service requests can be submitted to the concierge on duty.  Requests received on the weekends or holidays (non-emergency) will be handled on the next business day by the Resident Manager.

Residents who wish to use their own vendor/contractor to complete minor repairs should make sure that the repairs do not require approval from the building or that the work to be performed will not disrupt any of the building operations.  Additionally, any vendor/contractor should provide an insurance certificate from the vendor prior to start of any work.
